The kitchen sinks are not for dish washing, please plan accordingly
The venue is on well water. We recommend that drinking water is brought in rather than relying on tap water
Bands must bring their own generators and placement but be approved by Chapel Creek Ranch prior to the event. They may contact us with questions. We do not have 220 volt plugs. Bands must roll equipment in through the front door.
If band/vendors/clients or guests are on property AFTER the contract rental time ends. Your full damage deposit will be forfeited.

All vendors must be off property by midnight unless you have purchased extended hours
Please have your caterer bus tables when dinner is over as that is not a service provided by CCR
Planner / day of contact person needs to check in with CCR staff when they arrive the day of the event
Absolutely no cooking inside the venue. Cooking outside is permitted in CCR approved and designated area when not in burn ban and must be pre-approved by CCR and requires day of insurance purchased by couple.
