Chapel Creek Ranch Event Day Check List Reminders
Please forward this to your Planners, Bridal Party, Parents, and anyone helping you decorate.
CCR will be giving tours until 1pm. We are very respectful and will not be in the Bridal Suite or Grooms Room if they are occupied.
No early access into the Venue (please refer to your contract for your entry time)- All items must be taken at the end of the night and packed up by you or your point person.

We will check on you throughout the day. If you need us the office is in the Chapel, or you can call/text 214-952-6754 and we will come over. The Event Host will arrive at 5pm and be here until the last person leaves.
Bands must bring their own generators and placement must be approved by Chapel Creek Ranch prior to event. They may contact us with questions. We do not have 220 volts.
Candles are allowed if they are in glass containers.
Sparklers are permitted outside on gravel or concrete and must be “wedding size” or 36’’
Please DO NOT Iron your linens on the plastic tables.
No Nails, staples Screws or TAPE (of any kind) on the wood, floors, railings, furniture, or Concrete (Especially in the Gazebo!)
No confetti, glitter, rice, or birdseed on the property. Loose Rose Petals must be FRESH & LIGHT COLORED! Anything thrown/brought onsite is your responsibility to pick up and pack out or put into trash cans. No Loose silk flowers can be thrown on the property. Cold Sparklers & Fog Machines must be performed by CCR approved Vendors (Please refer to vendors list to hire them)

No Dish washing in the Kitchen.
No smoking or vaping in any buildings on the property including the Grooms Room.
All Alcohol must be served by an approved TABC Certified Bartending Service from our Preferred Vendor List.
Grooms Room is locked at time of Ceremony. Please remind the guys that they will need to have things cleared out at least 30 minutes before the Ceremony.
All Guests & Vendors must be off property by midnight unless you have purchased extended hours.
Please DO NOT rearrange benches at the ceremony site.
Planner or your day of contact person needs to check in with CCR staff when they arrive day of event.
CCR does the initial set up of tables and chairs, it is your responsibility to move them if you use the venue for both ceremony and reception or change layout during your event.
Always have a backup plan if you are having any part of your event outdoors. Texas weather can be unpredictable, and we have indoor options but decision to move indoors for bad weather must be made by noon to allow time for setup by CCR.
If you have added skeet shooting on to your day, shooting is a max of two hours during 11am – 1pm and a max of 300 rounds of ammunition for the entire group.
Guest count including vendors can not exceed 350 people, that is capacity per our fire marshal code and for the safety of all your guests.
If you are planning to have a slideshow, please give the USB to CCR staff DO NOT PLUG INTO THE TVS YOURSELF

Vehicles left over night must be picked up by 11am the following day. CCR is closed Mondays and Tuesdays
Guests are not allowed to bring in and consume their own alcohol according to TBAC rules.
Children must be accompanied by adults while on property.
No one should be going in the creek or ponds because we use chemicals to control the algae which may be unsafe.
Smoking is allowed only in one designated area, which is one the west end of the venue and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground.
Disregard of any of the above rules could result in forfeiture of your Damage Deposit. We of course want your event to be amazing, but we have rules to keep you and your guests safe in addition to our venue.
