We can hold up to 350 people indoors in the Venue. We have several spaces around the property indoors or outdoors as well.
What are the rental hours?
We offer 12pm to midnight rental hours with a standard rental package. You can add additional hours, for additional costs.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do not provide refunds for cancellations. However we will work with you for date changes following the guidelines in the contract.
Do you allow outside decorations?
We do allow you to bring in your own decorations and hire vendors to bring in decorations as well. Please make sure to work off our preferred vendors list and check with us before booking anything hazardous or that could be damaging (tape, sparklers, fire nails etc). We love our Venue and want to keep it and our guests safe.
Do we have to clean up?
We will do the dirty work such as sweep, mop and clean the restrooms in addition to take down tables and chairs after your event. We ask that all items be removed from the tables, suites, vendor decor and all items you brought. Please place all trash in the provided trash cans so that our event hosts can take out.
Do you have a Vendor insurance policy?
We do have an open vendor policy (expect FIRE, BAR) we do ask that the vendors you choose be fully insured. Caterers should maintain a minimum $1,000,000 insurance policy and name Chapel Creek Ranch as an additional insured. You can also purchase the day of wedding insurance here.
Do you provide linens?
You can rent linens from Chapel Creek Ranch and save searching for another vendor! We have black, white and ivory tablecloths along with white and ivory napkins. We also have gold and silver chargers and are available to reserve by table. See our rentals page here.
Can we take engagement pictures at Chapel Creek Ranch?
Yes! Once you book your with Chapel Creek Ranch, you can schedule a time with us and your photographer to take pictures.
Yes, security is required while guests are on-site and the bar is open. We want everyone to have an amazing time but also stay safe.
Can we bring in our own alcohol and beverages?
Yes in 2023, you can bring your own alcohol but it must be served by a TABC certified and insured bartender. All alcohol must be brought in on the day of the event and must arrive 3-4 hours prior to the bar opening so that bartenders can properly setup and chill necessary drinks. Ice is your responsibility however many bartenders offer a package to provide it. Starting in 2024, bartending and all alcohol must be purchased through Chapel Creek Ranch
When is the floorplan for my event?
Please provide your floorplan to Chapel Creek Ranch 14 days prior to your wedding day so we can make sure we have everything set from our side. We have several templates based on your guest count here.
Do you have rules about music and DJs?
There are no sound restrictions at the venue however please make sure you only hire approved DJs if you are wanting special props such as cold sparklers or fog machines. If you are having a band or need 220 volts plug in, generators are required and pre-approval is needed.
How is cell service at Chapel Creek Ranch?
Overall the cell service with Verizon and AT&T work well, T-Mobile has a few dead zones on property but we do have great guest WIFI available.
Are there hotels nearby for out of town guests?
Yes! There are many hotels within 15-30 minutes of the venue in Denton, Texas plus a lovely large home to rent nearby called Farm Sweet Farm
How many weddings are held each day at Chapel Creek Ranch?
Only one wedding per day. We do allow for tours in the morning since most request the weekends but the venue is yours during your rental.
Can we bring animals to Chapel Creek Ranch?
Yes, dogs are welcome on the property is they are leashed and well behaved. Please do not bring them inside the buildings unless it is a service dog.
